Qualifications:
- Active licensure to practice as an occupational therapist in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based OT, specifically with students who have severe disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to individualized student success
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions for students with severe disabilities
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student growth
- Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse learning needs and environments
