Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Massachusetts OT license required
• Previous experience with children in school settings preferred
• Knowledge of current OT assessment tools and IEP process
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs and diverse caseloads

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess referred students to identify needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services onsite to K12 students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to promote student participation and independence in school activities
• Provide consultation and training to classroom staff to support student accommodations and modifications
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and service delivery in accordance with state and district requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
