Key Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Massachusetts (MA) Occupational Therapy License (required)
  • Prior experience working with K-8 students preferred
  • Solid knowledge of IEP process & documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptable, empathetic communicator

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OT assessments and direct interventions for K-8 students
  • Support students' participation in daily school activities through targeted therapies
  • Develop, document, and evaluate IEPs and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educational staff on program implementation
  • Track progress and communicate outcomes with families and team members
