Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, following individualized education plans.
• Assist in developing and implementing activities to support student goals related to sensory processing, fine motor skills, and adaptive behaviors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and required district records.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to support and monitor student growth.
• Travel between multiple school sites (if needed) and work with students of varying ages and disability types, adapting therapy approaches to each unique caseload.
• Contribute positively to team meetings and school-based intervention strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active COTA license in Washington State required.
• Experience in school settings preferred; open to candidates with healthcare-based experience and a strong interest in school-based practice.
• Familiarity with a range of disabilities and educational support strategies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, student-centered approach.
