What You Bring:

• Valid COTA license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatric therapy preferred
• Solid understanding of IEPs and individualized support strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability working with K-12 students
• Open to travel candidates with a passion for making an impact in new communities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans to enhance student participation and functional independence
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure strategies are integrated into daily routines
• Accurately document progress and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
