What we're seeking:
- Massachusetts OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience providing occupational therapy in a school-based setting
- Proven background working with students with severe disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Adaptable, creative, and compassionate presence in the classroom

- Conduct assessments and design therapy interventions tailored to students specific needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to support educational goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
