What we're seeking:

• Massachusetts OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience providing occupational therapy in a school-based setting
• Proven background working with students with severe disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Adaptable, creative, and compassionate presence in the classroom
