Key Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license
- Valid IVP fingerprint card
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Capacity to supervise up to 2 COTAs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 1520 hours/week of direct treatment using a progressive workload model
- Serve a caseload of 4060 students (direct and consult)
- Deliver interventions to students ranging from preschool through 8th grade
- Supervise and support 12 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
