Qualifications & Experience
- Active OT licensure (required)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Comfort working with PreK8th grade students
- Strong teamwork skills; ability to collaborate with PT, APE, and COTA professionals
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students onsite
- Develop and implement IEP/504 goals and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing office space and resources
- Supervise COTA one day per week
- Maintain accurate records and foster positive school relationships
- Adapt therapy to meet diverse student needs
