Qualifications & Experience

  • Active OT licensure (required)
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Comfort working with PreK8th grade students
  • Strong teamwork skills; ability to collaborate with PT, APE, and COTA professionals
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students onsite
  • Develop and implement IEP/504 goals and interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing office space and resources
  • Supervise COTA one day per week
  • Maintain accurate records and foster positive school relationships
  • Adapt therapy to meet diverse student needs
