Starting as soon as possible and continuing through May 21, 2027, this part-time position offers a dynamic caseload and the chance to make a lasting impact on learners in a vibrant educational environment.

Youll enjoy a consistent schedule, working onsite 20-25 hours per week. Service days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays at four school locations, with Fridays dedicated to PreK evaluations. Additionally, youll contribute to the professional development of others by supervising a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA).

Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana OT license required
• Previous experience in a school setting (preferred)
• Willingness to supervise a COTA
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs at four schools
• Complete PreK evaluations on designated Fridays
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a COTA
• Help adapt interventions and strategies that foster student independence and success
