This full-time, 12-week travel role begins in January to cover a maternity leave, primarily at the elementary levelwith a touch of experience at the junior high. Youll also have the rewarding responsibility of supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), further enhancing your leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Arizona OT license
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience in school-based Occupational Therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services in a school setting, working primarily with elementary students and one junior high school
- Supervise and mentor a COTA to ensure high-quality therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support student success
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
