What We're Looking For:

• Georgia state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, preferably K-12
• Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and related compliance
• Solid clinical and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and family members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and proactive

What You'll Do:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and create targeted treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within the school environment
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
• Document and maintain accurate records per district and state guidelines
• Provide guidance to teachers and families on strategies to support students’ development
• Actively engage in professional growth and ongoing education
