Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students' growth and success across multiple elementary schools near Acworth, GA this school year! This maternity leave opportunity begins November 2nd and is anticipated to run through January 29th, with the potential for extension through February 26th. Youll provide essential occupational therapy services to a dynamic and diverse group of students, including those at two elementary schools and one private school student, working a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

• An active OT license (Georgia credential preferred)
• Prior experience working as a school OT, ideally within elementary settings
• Adaptable, responsive clinical skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong communication abilities to engage with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families

In this role, youll:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as identified in IEPs or service plans
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans to support student participation and success in classroom activities
• Collaborate closely with educators and staff to support integrated therapy solutions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Travel between the assigned elementary campuses and provide occasional consultation to a private school student
