This role runs from August 4th through October 23rd, providing direct services to help students achieve their fullest potential and succeed in the classroom environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Georgia OT license in good standing
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for occupational therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and support personnel to ensure a holistic approach to student progress
• Document services, maintain required records, and provide ongoing progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote motor coordination, sensory processing, and daily living skills
