Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
• Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Strong background or interest in providing services within school settings
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to PreK through 8th grade students based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess students needs and document progress through standardized evaluations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions
• Contribute to the creation of accessible learning environments for all students
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports according to school and state requirements
• Support students in developing the motor, sensory, and adaptive skills that allow for improved classroom participation
