Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Virginia
• Skills in school-based OT, home health, and teletherapy
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Dedication to fostering student development in various environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students across multiple school locations
• Assess, plan, and execute interventions tailored to individual needs in both group and one-on-one settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation using the districts system (training provided)
• Provide indirect services such as administrative tasks, collaboration with staff, and family communication
• Offer professional supervision if required (for OT/PT/SLP roles)
• Engage in paid team meetings and contribute meaningfully to the districts initiatives
