Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine the need for occupational therapy services
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s educational requirements and capabilities
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing OT expertise to student goals and modifications
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, screening results, and therapy session data
• Offer consultative support to classroom staff regarding strategies for student success
