Youll collaborate with a supportive team and enjoy a part-time, highly flexible scheduleperfect for those aiming to balance another clinical position or lifes other pursuits. Your primary responsibilities involve providing both direct and consultative OT services, and as the academic year unfolds, occasional evaluations will keep your skills sharp and engaged.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license in Virginia
• Prior experience (preferred, but not required) in school-based or pediatric OT settings
• Ability to navigate flexible environments and work independently
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, administrators, families, and students
• Ability to obtain a VA Department of Social Services background check (process will begin immediately)
• Completion of TB test as required by the state

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve approximately 25 students, delivering direct services to 10 and consultative support to 15
• Adapt interventions to meet diverse learning needs across middle and potentially elementary age groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Maintain precise documentation and progress reports, adhering to all school and state requirements
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
