Make an impact by supporting students' success in schools as a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a rewarding contract assignment. Work in a highly collaborative environment near Olathe, KS, supporting district occupational therapists by managing larger caseloads across multiple campuses during the school year.

In this role, youll partner closely with supervising OTs, helping students enhance their participation, independence, and skills vital for classroom and daily routines. You will visit 1 to 3 assigned campuses on a flexible schedule you control, and your expertise will make a daily difference in students lives.

What you bring:

• Current COTA certification and state licensure.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings is highly valued.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time independently and travel between assigned schools.
• Passion for helping children develop life and academic skills to their fullest potential.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing therapy interventions designed by supervising OTs.
• Assisting students in achieving individualized education program (IEP) goals.
• Documenting student progress and collaborating with educational staff and families.
• Providing support and resources to help deliver high-quality therapy services.
• Ensuring compliance with school protocols and OT best practices.
