Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Assistive Technology Specialist. Whether working across multiple sites or focusing on a single location, you will help students access their curriculum and achieve their academic potential. Candidates with a strong background using assistive technology (AT) devices are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Active California COTA license (required).
• Previous experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with assistive technology devices and educational supports.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Compliance with all district and state-specific requirements for school-based therapy roles.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to support student learning and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school teams to implement therapeutic interventions.
• Assist with the evaluation, selection, and use of assistive technology devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to school and state guidelines.
• Travel between sites as needed to provide services to assigned caseloads.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
