• Current NPI number

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-6
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to promote student learning and participation
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings and student evaluations
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all therapy practices
