In this dynamic role, you'll support young learners by designing and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique needs within a collaborative school environment. You'll enjoy working a consistent weekday schedule, offering stability and an engaging work-life balance.
What Were Looking For:
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Fingerprint clearance card (FP card) required
- Experience in settings such as school-based OT, home health, or healthcare OT preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Collaborative spirit and compassion for working with elementary-age students
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students
- Deliver effective, evidence-based interventions to foster academic success and life skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student support teams
