As part of a structured workload model, Occupational Therapists deliver 15 to 20 hours of direct treatment weekly, with a well-managed caseload averaging 40 to 60 students, including both direct and consult-only cases. Additionally, youll have the chance to provide supervision to 1 or 2 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), further expanding your professional impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Holds a current Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• Possession of an active IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience or interest in supervising COTAs
• Strong ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to varying student needs
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services for students in alignment with individualized education programs
• Conduct assessments and participate in developing intervention strategies
• Consult with educators, families, and support staff regarding recommendations and progress
• Supervise and mentor COTAs assigned to your caseload
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings
