Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience in school-based (K-12) occupational therapy is highly desirable
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, support staff, and families
• Solid knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Effective communicator, organized, and adaptable to varying student needs
• Passionate about fostering independence and boosting student participation in school activities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on students' unique needs and educational goals
• Collaborate closely with educators and parents to integrate OT supports into the classroom and daily routines
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
• Provide hands-on therapy services to help students build skills and confidence
