Experience an exciting opportunity as a school-based Occupational Therapist in a supportive educational environment near Alvarado, TX! Work closely with a collaborative team, including two experienced OTs and a COTA, providing vital support to students across three schools. Your role will be essential in enriching students' growth and working toward meaningful goals, making a real difference every day.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in TX is required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with assessments, therapy interventions, and evaluations for school-aged children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfortable traveling between assigned schools

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 74 students, covering preschool through secondary ages
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and individualized therapy
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support each student's IEP and educational progress
• Complete required documentation thoroughly and promptly
• May support remote services/work-from-home 1-2 days per week as caseload allows, to be discussed during the interview
• Engage in ongoing professional development
