Key Qualifications & Experience

• Active Colorado SLP license required
• ASHA certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy
• Proficiency supporting fine and gross motor skill development
• Skilled in collaborating with COTAs and other school professionals
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess and address students’ fine and gross motor needs through individual and group interventions
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans
• Support students’ participation in classroom and school activities through adaptive and therapeutic strategies
• Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records and professional documentation
• Deliver services in varied formats, including in-person and virtual sessions as needed
