Qualifications:
- Active Vermont OT Certificate (required)
- Experience in school-based OT settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across K-12 age groups and various school buildings
- Previous travel assignment experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT services to students across four buildings (K-12)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and support plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Empower students to thrive by addressing sensory, motor, and functional needs
