Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a district-wide Occupational Therapist, supporting K-12 students across four school buildings near Windsor, VT. This full-time role begins August 26, 2026, and extends through June 14, 2027, with a weekly schedule spanning 35 to 37.5 hours. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Vermont Occupational Therapist Certificate required
  • Previous experience providing OT services in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working with K-12 student populations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver district-wide occupational therapy assessments and direct services to students across four buildings
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students, supporting a range of needs from elementary through high school
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all services and student progress
  • Provide consultations, recommendations, and training to school staff as needed
