Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students from PreK8th grade
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate thoughtfully with teachers, parents, and educational leaders
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory policies
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
