Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Current IVP fingerprint card
- Experience in school-based OT is a plus
- Ability to work onsite across multiple K8 campuses
- Strong commitment to student growth and innovative practices
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT evaluations, therapy, and consultations for K8 students
- Maintain documentation in accordance with IEP requirements
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning
- May involve supervising COTA
- Manage caseloads across up to 3 schools (low caseload model)
