Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid and active PA Occupational Therapist License
- Experience in educational, home health, or healthcare OT settings preferred
- Ability to provide school-based OT services

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 30 minutes of direct therapy per week to a 6th grade student onsite
- Assess and develop individualized care plans tailored for educational success
- Document progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams
