What Were Looking For:

• Active Pennsylvania OT license required
• Experience with pediatric or school-based OT, particularly with early elementary students
• Strong collaborative skills to partner with teachers and staff for classroom-based interventions
• Proficiency in screening, progress monitoring, and IEP documentation
• Comfortable working on-site at a single elementary school, with paid travel for itinerant needs
• Enthusiastic about engaging in a team-oriented educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT screenings for incoming Kindergarten and 1st-grade students
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide both push-in and pull-out services, collaborating with classroom teachers
• Maintain thorough student records and contribute to IEPs using the districts system (training provided)
• Participate in team meetings and administrative planning, with indirect hours and admin time included
• Ensure best practices aligned with state and district guidelines
