Qualifications/Desired Skills:
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school or early intervention setting highly preferred
- Proficiency with individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation
- Positive, collaborative, and student-centered approach
- Reliable transportation for community-based visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to assigned caseloads in both Early Intervention (community-based, up to 5 days/week) and School Age (3 days/week in Emotional Support program)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
