Qualifications/Desired Skills:

  • Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience in a school or early intervention setting highly preferred
  • Proficiency with individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation
  • Positive, collaborative, and student-centered approach
  • Reliable transportation for community-based visits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to assigned caseloads in both Early Intervention (community-based, up to 5 days/week) and School Age (3 days/week in Emotional Support program)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
