Openings are available in both Early Intervention (full-time, 5 days per week, community-based) and School Age (part-time, 3 days per week in Emotional Support), giving you the option to work with the population that matches your skills and passion.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Experience providing OT services within school settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress documentation
• Comfortable working independently in various school or community environments
• Reliable transportation for community-based early intervention position

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct therapy and support to students to enhance participation in daily activities and academic success
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote generalization of skills across settings
• Complete timely and accurate therapy documentation, progress notes, and reports
• Participate in team meetings, assessments, and IEP conferences
