Qualifications:

  • Active NM (NMRLD) licensure and NM Public Education Department certification (NMPED) by start date
  • Professional experience in school-based OT (open to OTs and COTAs)
  • Willingness to supervise COTAs
  • Ability to travel between multiple campuses and provide services to all school-aged children

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to students across various schools
  • Supervise and mentor COTA(s) within the district
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams
  • Adapt practices to meet diverse student needs and environments
