Desired Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
- Flexibility and adaptability for travel assignments
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide school-based OT services to a caseload of 4550 students, ranging from elementary to middle school
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student evaluations
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all state/local guidelines and school policies
