In this role, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week, providing expert support to students needing school-based, healthcare, or home-health OT services. Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Experience in school settings, home health, or healthcare environments preferred
• Ability to work with students in elementary, middle, and high school grades
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress tracking, and school-based documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying student needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students per IEP or 504 plans
• Conduct assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
