Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist (CA OT) license required
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy; teletherapy experience a plus
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple school locations
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students (ages 522) in both onsite and teletherapy settings
- Evaluate students functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and comply with all school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture
