Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Experience providing OT services in school or healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of school-based therapy practices
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to in-person, full-time hours

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other team members to support student success
• Adapt interventions to help students achieve greater independence in their academic and daily activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team decisions
