Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of California
• Previous experience in school-based OT roles or working with pediatric caseloads is highly desirable
• Comfortable with adapting interventions for students with a wide range of abilities and grade levels
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, including collaboration with educators and families
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Meet any district or state-specific requirements that may be determined during the interview process

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services onsite according to student IEPs
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions tailored to student needs across various grade levels (exact caseload and school assignments confirmed after your interview)
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with district and state standards
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student participation and success
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, modifications, and accommodations to optimize the learning environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
