Qualifications:
- Valid IL Occupational Therapist License required
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Familiarity with special education processes (MTSS, IEPs)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Meet any applicable local district or state requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite OT services to middle school students
- Perform initial and re-evaluations to support special education eligibility
- Offer MTSS and IEP-based interventions
- Collaborate closely with the OT team and educational staff
- Consult on generalization of skills in diverse learning environments
