Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut Occupational Therapy license (CT OT)
- Experience or interest in working with diverse abilities (ED, ASD, ADHD, ODD, LD, etc.)
- Ability to manage a caseload of 1535 students across K-12
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across multiple campus sites
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services in school settings
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
