Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist license (California required or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
- Understanding of IEP development and delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Collaborative mindset for working with educators, families, and students
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT assessments and interventions for students with a range of needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Document progress and maintain detailed, compliant records
- Communicate goals and progress with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute OT expertise to educational planning
