Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapy license in California
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
• Solid clinical skills for evaluation, intervention, and documentation
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Comfortable working across multiple sites
• Reliable, professional, and highly organized

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of 38 or more students, as well as provide additional consultations as needed
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the student support team
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and progress reports
• Travel between two campuses, ensuring continuity and quality of care
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes student success and independence
• Maintain caseload documentation for compliance and best practice

You will work a full 40-hour onsite week during the academic year, with 30 minutes allotted for an unpaid lunch break each day. Interviews for this role will occur after mid-July due to director availability, but applications and presentation of qualified candidates are being accepted now.
