Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in California
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Solid understanding of IEP process and documentation
• Passion for promoting student independence and success
• Comfortable providing direct therapy and participating in assessments
• Ability to manage a caseload and work independently onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted OT interventions to eligible K-12 students as outlined in their educational plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to guide effective service delivery
• Communicate progress with families and school staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school district guidelines
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP meetings as needed
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for students with diverse abilities
