Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license (OT)
• Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card
• Background in school-based OT services; additional experience in home health, healthcare, or teletherapy OT strongly valued
• Comfortable adapting to a variety of service delivery models and student age groups
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, both in-person and through remote/teletherapy platforms as needed
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs and educational goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student progress
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities
