Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid and current Ohio Occupational Therapy license (OH OT)
• Experience within school settings supporting K-8th grade students highly valued
• Skilled in evaluating student needs, developing IEP goals, and implementing therapeutic interventions
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Committed to fostering student independence and functional performance

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students (caseload: 12-15)
• Assess students needs, strengths, and challenges through standardized tests, observations, and teacher/parent input
• Develop and update IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Monitor student progress, document sessions, and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with educational staff and families, providing strategies and support to maximize student success
• Hours range from 16-28 per week, spread over 2-5 days
