Qualifications required:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Ohio (OT OH License)
• Current ODE (Ohio Department of Education) certification
• Prior experience with school-based OT services across elementary and/or middle school populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseload needs within the academic setting

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OT assessments and develop treatment plans for students
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services
• Document all services and progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student development
