Job description

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
  • Experience in schools, home health, teletherapy, or broader healthcare settings preferred

  • Comfort working with varied age groups and a range of disabilities
  • Experience developing and implementing IEPs and supporting documentation
  • Ability to start quickly following a streamlined interview and offer process

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer direct and consultative OT services in schools or via teletherapy as needed
  • Evaluate, document, and report on student progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines and home environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
  • Adapt interventions to best support each students unique needs
