Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
- Experience in schools, home health, teletherapy, or broader healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and students
- Comfort working with varied age groups and a range of disabilities
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs and supporting documentation
- Ability to start quickly following a streamlined interview and offer process
Core Responsibilities:
- Administer direct and consultative OT services in schools or via teletherapy as needed
- Evaluate, document, and report on student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines and home environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Adapt interventions to best support each students unique needs
