• An active state OT license
• Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience strongly preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs for occupational therapy services
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational teams
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary consultations
• Educate staff and families regarding strategies to support students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive functioning
