Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early intervention through school-based occupational therapy services. This position offers the chance to collaborate directly with families and make a meaningful impact on young children’s development by providing in-home and community-based support. With a Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek, you’ll enjoy stability while making a difference throughout Douglas County, primarily focusing on areas around Roseburg.

Your role will encompass working closely with families and children, contributing to a multidisciplinary team, and implementing individualized treatment plans that foster progress in daily living skills, sensory-motor functions, and school readiness.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Prior experience in school-based or early intervention settings is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable delivering services in home environments and adapting to diverse family needs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel within Douglas County as required.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children’s needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services within homes and community settings, focusing on early childhood populations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support children’s participation and success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards.
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed for maximum growth.
